While it doesn’t guarantee costs, it can help clients plan for out-of-pocket expenses and estimate insurance coverage. Please note that Amend does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Kaiser, HMO, or EPO plans; we only accept PPO plans with out-of-network benefits.
